Faulty/defective sex doll on arrival

We try our best to deliver the sex dolls as quickly and as safely as possible, however sometimes the dolls sustain damage during shipping. If your doll has sustained damage or if it’s defective on arrival, please, do not worry and contact us immediately. Be ready to:

    • Send us a photo or, even better, a video of the damage via email to [email protected]
    • Please make sure the photo or the video clearly shows the damage!
    • As soon as we have reviewed the case, we will contact the manufacturer immediately and search for a solution.
    • If there is a mistake on our part, we will offer you a replacement, partial or a full refund (depending on the severity of the damage).

Wrong item received

  • Please send us a photo of the item received via email to [email protected]
  • In the case of an incorrect item being delivered, please send us photo or a video of the product received.
  • As soon as we have reviewed the case, we will contact you immediately.
  • If there is a mistake on our part, we will offer a partial refund or a replacement.

Sex doll still did not arrive

Sometimes, due to difficult pandemic situation in the destination country, extreme weather conditions, the packages can get delayed or even lost. If that is the case with your package, we wish to apologize and ask you to contact us about this issue immediately at [email protected]

    • We will in that case place a search enquiry for you with the relevant carrier.
    • Please note that it can take around 8 weeks for us to receive a result for that search enquiry.
    • You can choose to have your money refunded or have the sex doll shipped again, once we have a confirmation that the parcel was lost.
